A Good Stay in the Heart of the City
elegant design thoughtful amenities
We arrived with high expectations and the experience exceeded them. Our Superior King room was very spacious with elegant design and thoughtful amenities (such as a rainfall shower). The location was convenient. We were close to many sights, shops, and restaurants.
There was one issue in our experience. The breakfast was somewhat chaotic. Guests had to constantly ask staff for essentials. This caused slight delays and a bit of frustration during otherwise enjoyable mornings.

The staff was always very friendly and keen to provide information, from check-in to assisting with directions around the city. They were very professional and always ready to help with a warm smile.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of foods. It was a great way to start the day. The rooftop restaurant had a wonderful terrace with a view , made our evenings lovely. The portions were ample (I especially liked the fresh pastries!).

Our room was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. The room included little useful things such as towel hangers and mirror backlight. The minibar was restocked daily with complimentary water and soft drinks.

The location was excellent for seeing historical sites. Topkapi palace was a short walk. the breakfast buffet featured many choices and fresh food items.

the location was superb. i particularly loved how close it was to the main attractions!). the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
the room felt a little dark sometimes.

good variety excellent access
the breakfast had a good variety. the location provided excellent access to many landmarks, i appreciated the proximity to transportation options too.
The room had very little soundproofing. I could hear neighbors quite clearly, it was not ideal.

the staff were lovely and very helpful . umut from the breakfast hall stood out for his attentiveness! yakoub at the front desk was also amazing.
The gym could use some upgrades. Some of the equipment looked worn.

our beautiful room included a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water and a kettle for tea or coffee! the room also included a desk, convenient if you need to get work done. the bathroom was well-appointed with a hairdryer.

Staff members such as yakoub and umut were helpful. They provided great assistance. the front desk was always available, and the team was super responsive to requests. housekeeping kept the rooms clean.

a reasonable choice
central location free breakfast poor soundproofing inattentive staff
the location has been a real treat. all major attractions are close enough to walk to. i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, it was a nice way to start the days.
My room wasnt as soundproof as i would have liked. i could hear the people next door very clearly, a fact that bothered me a little. also, the rooftop restaurant wasnt excellent. I found the staff a little incompetent.

the stuff was friendly. they call a taxi for us. the room was large.
the traffic was bad. uber canceled us. the location are not good to get in and out by car.
